As our restaurant remains temporarily closed, we are offering in-room dining options. Enjoy dining in the privacy and comfort of your suite with our contactless delivery right to your door. Check out our In Room Dining Menus. Alternatively you can dine on the patio for breakfast, lunch or dinner (weather permitting). Patio reservations should be made with Front Desk prior to or upon arrival.

STEVEN DOUCET, EXECUTIVE CHEF
Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, our new Executive Chef, Steven Doucet, grew up in the business. His grandmother was a private Chef and instilled in him a strong appreciation and respect for all things culinary and hospitality. At a young age, Steven was helping in the kitchen; fully immersed in the culinary culture and inner workings of a restaurant.
After growing up in some of the finest French restaurants in Montreal, Steven felt the need to branch out from the Quebec culinary scene. This lead him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island. Upon graduating with honours, Steven traveled to many parts of the world with each culture leaving a lasting impression on his cooking style and approach.
Steven spent five years as Executive Sous Chef at the Hilton Whistler and Resort Executive Chef at Panorama Ski Resort before returning to the East Coast. His previous experiences in Muskoka and Algonquin Park left fond memories and he is very excited about this new chapter. Steven looks forward to furthering the culinary excellence at Rawley and enjoying life in the Muskokas.
