Nourish Day Retreat.
With serene views and all the elements to support your day with us. The intention for this retreat to come together as a group and surrender to the flow of the day. Create harmony for you to be guided to nourish your mind, body and soul. To bring the tools and insight from the day into your daily routines to continue to nourish at home.
You will receive the following throughout the day.
Yoga & Meditation: Reiki Infused Restorative Yoga Sesson led by Holistic Therapist and Yoga Teacher Rhonda CW
Celebrating the Full Moon with Kelsey Beesley local Certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator will lead an embodied breathwork group session.
Enjoy a Farm to Table Lunch at the Lighthouse 45 Restaurant.
