Summer is here, welcoming longer days of sunshine, outdoor adventures, and endless days on the lake! One of the best destinations to spend your summer vacation in Ontario can be found in Muskoka. With over 2,000 lakes in the region, we invite you to spend the season exploring our beautiful waterways with Muskoka boat tours. Stay directly on the water with Rawley Resort and craft your unique stay with our private boat voyage on the Trent-Severn Waterway. Reconnect with nature as you take in the serene beauty of our local waters and learn the rich history of Georgian Bay.

At Rawley Resort, we offer a collection of Bespoke Experiences where our guests can tailor adventures to their interests! Book a private boat voyage of Big Chute and the Trent-Severn Waterway. Our Guest Driving Service will drop you off at the Orillia docks, where you will enjoy a private voyage with a trained captain. You can even request a locally-inspired picnic lunch from us to enjoy during your day on the water.

Experience a boat tour aboard the oldest operating steamship in North America that first launched in 1887. You can also sail on Wenonah II, a replica of the first steamship to sail Lake Muskoka. Families visiting us can sign up for the exciting pirate cruise and can play at the Discovery Centre KidZone afterward.

Island Queen Cruise offers Muskoka boat tours in Parry Sound, where you can discover the world’s largest freshwater archipelago. Explore Georgian’s Bay 30,000 island region with three fantastic tour options. Embark on the two-hour morning cruise, the three-hour afternoon cruise, or take a short boat ride to beautiful Huckleberry Island for the Islander Advenures cruise.

The SS Bigwin first set sail in 1925, used as a transport vessel on the Muskoka waterways before falling into disrepair. After ten years of restoration and repairs, Bigwin relaunched in 2013, offering cruises to the public once again! Today you can join a cruise on the SS Bigwin while taking in views of the rugged cliffs and scenic islands on Lake of Bays. After your cruise, you can visit the Lake of Bays Marine Museum to learn about maritime history or pick up a souvenir!

Embark on one of these historic Muskoka boat cruises this summer and stay at our historic resort in Port Severn. In 2022 we are celebrating 100 years of Rawley and the history and tradition of our property. Explore our beautiful grounds, dine at our Lighthouse45 restaurant, and unwind at the spa. Stay in one of our spacious suites, walk-out terraces, or waterside lofts at our luxury resort in Ontario. Reconnect with nature this summer in beautiful Muskoka!
