At Rawley, our commitment to our guests’ experiences has always been at the forefront of our focus. Our team has worked diligently on creating an environment that protects the safety of our guests, our staff and the community during these times. We are operating in accordance with all provincial guidelines and orders. Dining at The Lighthouse45 Restaurant

The Lighthouse45 Restaurant is open daily to the public for indoor and patio dining. Serving Brucnh (8 am – 3 pm) and Dinner (5-9 pm) daily. Same day reservations are required and must be made by phone at 705-538-2272. A mask is required for all restaurant guests while in the restaurant, unless you are seated at your table. Masks are required when going to the washroom or anytime you are not physically seated at your table. Guests who are not wearing a mask will not be permitted to enter the restaurant.

Social Distancing 

Our unique property allows for social distancing naturally. With only twenty guest suites, you can enjoy the serenity of the property from the privacy of your spacious room or on our expansive grounds. Please note some areas of the resort are currently restricted for access. Details below.

Access to the Grounds

To promote safe social distancing, the following areas of the property are accessible but guests are required to observe appropriate distancing  including the lakefront areas, gardens, Mirror Lounge, Patio, Courtyard and the Outdoor Pool. The following areas are restricted in accordance with legislative emergency orders including The Lighthouse45 Restaurant (patio is open), River’s End Room, Fitness Centre, The LakeHouse Spa and Wellness Centre.

Arrival

We are doing our best to use timed check-in intervals, when possible, to accommodate healthy social distancing. Upon check-in, your welcome package including room keys will be ready for you to reduce wait times at the Front Desk. Check-In time starts at 3 pm.

Departure

We are now offering automatic check-out so that guests do not have to visit the Front Desk. You will receive an electronic receipt via email on your day of departure. Check-Out time is 11 am.

In Room Dining 

Enjoy dining in the privacy and comfort of your suite with our contactless delivery right to your door. Brunch, Dinner and Beverage menus are available for In Room Dining orders.

Housekeeping

As we have always followed, strict cleanliness guidelines will continue to be followed, including the use of a viral disinfectant solution sprayed on all hard surfaces to mitigate pathogens. We are now offering the option for guests to opt out of housekeeping service on the interim days of their multi-night stays to a maximum of seven days.
